We need some window balancers and shoes . Need help to get parts
A few bottom shoes have broken and need some new balancers. I'm sending you some Pictures .they are Jeld-wen windows not sure what you need to get correct parts

Hello,

I can't be sure with your pivot shoe still installed but yours resembles either the 15-188 or 15-178. I would recommend removing your part from the window to compare to the dimensions shown below.

As for your spiral balances, take a look at the 3/8" diameter S900 or 5/8" diameter S600 depending on the size of your original housing tube. Yours looks like it may be on the narrower side but it's important to measure to ensure that you purchase the correct replacements. Thank you!
