need help

Question

Hello Swisco,
I was told to send in pictures of my balances to get the exact model and style that I need for my double pane windows Milgard's.

I already know the 2 different balances's weight and length per the below:

Balance: length 31 1/2" weight 31.3 1/2" width
Balance: length 25 1/2" weight 25.4
1/2 width

I also need two white 7/8" white plastic thing on the edge of the balance.

Thanks for writing in! I am confident that we can supply you with the replacement balances you need. These are extended travel channel balances, which will need to be a custom made assembly.

With that said, there are a few details I'll need to confirm about your balances to determine pricing and availability. To start, the length of these balances should be 25-5/8" and 31-5/8". If yours are truly 1/2" increments, our balances will not work for you.

Also, the sash weights do help to determine the balances you need, however it would also help to know the stamp/marking from the metal channel of these balances.

Once I have this information, I'll be able to forward an order link to you place the order for your balances.
