The window is not secure to the frame. I think the retaining clips are not holding. Also can not find the correct replacement operator to wind out the window for replacement.

Hello,

A common issue with these jalousie windows is that the hooks on the sides of the window are not in "sync" with the window closing. I would suggest using a spray lubricant on the linkage to help loosen up the hooks so that they will lock onto the window vents.

As for the operator, you will need to remove yours from the window to compare the specifications to our replacement options. I'm leaning toward the 39-025 and 39-026 operators but you will ultimately need to take a look and compare the images below to yours. Also, see the installation video related on this page. Thanks for posting.

The main issue is that the frame is coming out of the casing need the retaining hardware not lube. As for the operator thank you for the info.

It sounds like you may be having trouble with the side linkage in the main frame of the window falling out. If so, take a look at the 36-084 slide bar guide, which looks like the guide shown in your photos. Also, take a look at the 36-077 bar guide. Review the specifications of both guides, along with the related video, to see if this is what you need to repair your window.
