Thanks for posting! The balance you have is a custom assembly referred to as an Extended Travel Channel Balance. I am happy to supply you with a link so that you may review the quote and place the order from them but there are a few details I'll need to confirm before we can move forward.

I'll need to see a clear photo of the bottom shoe. I am specifically looking to see the shape of the shoe as well as the hook/clip attached to it. These are important details for identifying the exact replacements and for the installation of the balances.

Please also confirm the stamp/marking from the metal channel. This will help to confirm that the balances will be able to support the weight of your sash.

The last piece of information I'll need to know if the exact number of balances you intend to purchase. There is an order minimum of (2) balances for custom assemblies.
