Thanks for writing in! Your balance shoe can be replaced with our 15-180 Coil Balance Shoe. I am confident this is the replacement you'll need, but you'll still want to review and compare the dimensions to confirm.
The coil spring compatible with this shoe is the Series 190 Coil Balance. This is anchored to the window using the 15-181 Double Support Detent Clip and uses the 15-182 Balance Bushing to support the coil. A screw like our 33-073 Truss Head screw can be used to secure the coils to the shoe.
You'll need to look for any stamps/markings on the metal coil that will indicated the spring strength needed for your assembly. If there aren't any, you'll need to obtain the exact sash weight and divide it by the total number of coils in the window.
