We can assist with replacements, but to further review, are you able to confirm the length of the metal channel excluding the nylon attachments? Can you also confirm if the balance installs into the channel with a hook or screw in clip? Thank you!

Please review the S795-33 channel balance. The 32-5 stamp should translate to a 33E spring strength stamp that can support a 30 to 34 lbs window sash. We recommend weighing the sash to confirm this range before purchasing. 

The original balance uses an open cam T-lock shoe which will be our 15-195B shoe. You will need to purchase this shoe additionally and switch it out with the stock shoe upon installation. Let us know if you have any questions!
