Can you send me information on ordering replacements of this balancer? These are impact windows so a bit heavier spring needed. Thank you.

Hey there!
Thank you for reaching out to us. We can help supply this balance but it will have to be a custom order due to its configuration. The pulley wheel is built into the bottom fitting itself and this balance features an extended cord travel as well as a metal channel length ending in 7/8" which is what makes it custom. For example, the metal channel should measure 17-7/8" long. Can you confirm that for us? How many balances are you looking to replace?
