The coil balance assembly in your first photo can be replaced with the 15-087 Coil Housing Pivot which is compatible with a few different pivot bars; I've tagged them below for your review. You'll need to look over each of their dimensions, on the website, to confirm the correct replacement.
The Series 180 Coil Balance is the spring used to complete this assembly; it is anchored in the window using the 16-031 Mounting Bracket.
To select the right coils for your assemblies, you'll need to look for any stamps/markings on the coils. If there aren't any, you'll need to obtain the exact weight of your sash and divide that by the total number of coils in the window.
