Thank you for reaching out to us. Can you write out the diameter of the pin shaft? We'd also like to know the diameter of the cap.

Pin shaft is 5/16”. Cap ID needs to be 3/8”

Pin shaft OD is 5/16"
cap ID is 5/16" and OD is 3/8"

#2. I also need the screw mechanism in the 2nd picture which locks the pin shaft in place at the bottom of the bi-fold door. The part I have now is stripped and does not hold.

Take a look at the 21-154. This resembles your old rod clamp, but review the specifications and see what you think.
