I carefully inspect the stamp on the shoe and do not see any numbers. Is it possible to order parts based on the info shown from pictures. I would like to order 2 of these first. If all works out, I can order more later. Hope Rhys makes sense.

Since your stamp ends in a -11 suffix, I'm afraid that the code printed on the shoe is very important. A heavy duty balance like yours is made with several different shoe configurations, none of which are interchangeable, and they can only be identified using the numbers printed on it. Would you be able to read this code off of the other balance in the window?
