Hi,
We have Atrium single hung windows circa 2006.
The sash balance hardware on one of the windows has broken through the plastic frame that surrounds the moving pane of glass. Please see attached photos.
What parts/repair would you recommend?

This window balance is a custom, 86 style Caldwell balance. They are not available on the website since they aren't a standard replacement, so I'll need to provide you with a quote to place the order.
To confirm pricing and availability for the balances, I'll just need to know the number of balances you intend to purchase. The quantity minimum is (2).
