Thanks for posting! I am fairly confident we can provide you with the replacement balances you need. Although, I will need to see a photo of the balance, along with compatible hardware and/or attachments, removed from the window to identify them.

Please also confirm whether the balances are screwed in, or install using a clip, at the top of the window track.

The stamp from the balance tells us the weight range the balances may be able to support but they do not indicate the balance series.
