That tells me that your balance has a special calibration that isn't matched by any of our standard parts. Can you measure the bottom shoe's depth as shown below and tell us what you get? How many balances are you looking to order?
Can you also confirm whether the top fittings have wings or not?
If I did the measurements correctly, the piece you are referring to look to be 1 and 1/8 inches or maybe a 1/16" less (hard to 100% confirm).
As far as wings, I am not 100% sure. It looks almost identical to your S390 item. The "wings" go straight out from the plastic piece and don't turn in any direction (like the S385).
Thanks for getting back to us. If you could show us a straight-on photo of the top fitting so that the spring is facing the camera as well, that will help us confirm the top fitting your balances uses.
I am unsure which side is top and which side is bottom so I included both sides as well as one including both of them from above. One is missing a piece (as you can see from the photo), but I oriented them in as if that piece is there. As you can see, they are broken so I tried to match them.

The depth of the shoe is shown below. You'll want to measure from "heel to toe". Using calipers would be ideal for an accurate measurement.
