The last two show the "channel blocker" (a term that I made up). They are fixed at the top of the channel so the channel balancer can push against it to hold the weight of the window. One of such blocker is broken and missing. The other side still has it. I'll need that together with the channel balancers.
I am expecting to have at least 4 channel balancers and 4 channel blockers. Would appreciate if you could give me an estimate of total cost including shipping. My zip code is 94566.

We can supply this balance, but only as a custom order due to its configuration. Before we go any further, you should note that the original manufacturer discontinued your exact assembly and no longer makes it. The good news is that they have a modern equivalent that is meant to work in all the same applications.
The design is a little different, though, and as a result so is the spring calibration. I will need you to tell me the exact weight of your sash, down to the ounce, so that we can verify the proper calibration on the new style.

The sash is weighed as 28.2 lb on a bathroom scale.

Great, thanks! Your old sash weight indicates a spring that can hold 27 through 30 pounds, while the 3150 stamp used on the new style balance holds 28 through 32 pounds. Your sash weight still falls comfortably in that range so we'll stick with that.
