Hello there. This looks like the 15-087 Pivot Shoe, which works with Series 180 Coil Balance springs sold separately. The video below shows how to select spring weights for the new coil springs. Let me know if you have questions.

I watched the video. One coil is "8CD" and the other one is either "8CD" or "8GD" - it's hard to read the middle letter.

The letters shouldn't be that important in this case--if you see an '8' clearly on the coil tape, that means they are S180-08 8 pound springs.
