Thanks so much for reaching out to us. I believe we can help with both the lock and keeper, but we unfortunately can't garner precise size from a photo of a tape measure. For now, look at our 90-278 and 90-274. Compare the hole spacing, center-to-center, to verify the best match. Do not measure from the hole edges.

You'll note that both locks come with their own keeper, but those keepers aren't relevant to your project nor will they work on your window. Your replacement keeper would have to be purchase separately. My top two guesses are going to be the 90-185 and 90-283, but same as before it will depend on size. Review both to verify the better option.
