We need to replace the window hinge and operator. Thank you!

Thanks for reaching out to us. We should be able to help with the operator, but too many important details are obscured so long as it's still installed. We need to see it out of the window in order to identify.

Regarding the hinge, please measure the length of the base track and let me know what it is. No need to remove it, except to make it easier to measure. I just need to know how long the base track is, however you can get that for me.
