Greetings I am seeking assistance in replacing the following two (2) window sash balancers with the same specifications:
3/8 diameter barrels
16" barrel lengths
29.75" overall lengths
One side is missing a small spring that measures approximately 1.25". This spring provides resistance against one of the pivot pins that fits into the window shoe.
These balances operate the lower sash on a small tilt-out vinyl window that measures approximately 29" wide, by 18" tall.
I also have interest in two (2) additional spiral balances with the following measurements:
3/8 barrel diameter: 22" barrel length; 35.5" overall length.
Please assist and let me know if you have further questions.

Hello,
Your balance resembles the S900 or S600, depending on whether the housing tube measures 3/8" or 5/8" in diameter. You'll need to locate a balance with an intact housing tube to measure.
As for the spring, these tilt window pivot bars are usually installed with screws rather than springs. We offer the 91-003, but they are normally used in storm window applications. Take a look and see what you think.
