We may be able to assist, but I can't get a good look at your balance fittings from these photos. Can you kindly show me a close-up view of the top and bottom fitting on your original balance? I don't need to see the wrong balance, just the one that was in your window in the first place. Thank you!

So, we can supply this balance, but your configuration doesn't match any of our stock products. That means this is only available as a special order.

I'll break down what I think you have. It's split up into two parts: the first part is the base balance, which is just the metal channel and its block and tackle setup (spring, pulley, etc). The second part is combination of plastic fittings. How these work is we get the base balance from stock and then we install the plastic fittings onto it, so it's helpful to split it up into these two aspects.

For the base balance it would be a typical 28" long. 1/2" wide metal channel with a 2730 stamp option. That's based on the stamp printed on your original assembly. Two balances with this stamp carry a sash weight of 13 through 19 pounds.

For the plastic fittings, I believe you have the 19-037 Rollyson top and the 15-005 1" deep bottom, based on the measurement you provided earlier.
