Hi there, the item o received didn't work different size can you help return and get the right one please, I have a vinyl window from home depot the brand is American craft the roll tilt broken see picture attached below Thanks I think the size is 1/2"

This looks like the 15-228 pivot shoe, which uses the 1/2" S160 coil springs. Since the coil housing is stamped with the number 9, see the S160-09 9-pound spring. For the spring housing, see the 15-150S. Review the specifications for these parts along with the video below and see what you think.
