A landlord from Chino Hills, CA91709 says:
I am currently looking at a channel balance 1/2 inch 27inch 2640. The problem i have is that the shoe and top don't look exactly like what I have now. I have pics so you guys can help me pick the correct channel balance. I would greatly appreciate it. thanks

Here are the pictures of the balance attachments.

Thanks for posting! It looks like you have a fairly standard balance. The top attachment just appears to be a slightly different style. It should still serve the same function.

Before I can offer an applicable replacement for it, though, I just need to know a bit more information about the bottom attachment. Please take a look at our 15-004 and 15-005 channel balance shoes, and note their depths. As you can see, they are 1-3/32" deep and 1" deep, respectively. Which one more closely matches your own bottom attachment?
A quick learner says:
The bottom attachment is 1" deep.

Thank you. In that case, I recommend the S380-27 channel balance with a 2640 option. Does that look about right? Let me know what you think.
