Thanks for your post! Are you in need of a replacement for the handle set? If so, I'll need to see photos of the set from a front facing view. I'll also need to know the measurement for the distance between the installation holes.

The door lock reminds of the 82-218 Mortise Lock. To determine if this is the correct replacement, carefully look over the specifications and compare them.
