need help finding part

Hello

I went to install my new spiral balances from Swisco, and the attachment point at the top crumbled. To be precise it was a plastic square part, similar to the ones pictured. So, technically speaking, the plastic part crumbled, and fell into the square hole you can see above.

I tried to get a replacement part for my local window supplier, but the ones they gave me were far too big. My square hole measures about 1/2 to 5/8 of an inch.

Any help you could give me with either 1) a replacement part or 2) suggestions for an alternate fix would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks for posting! Your part looks similar to our 26-200 balance screw plug. Look over the dimensions and compare it to your existing part to determine if this will be a fit for you.
