need help finding replace specs

Question

I need to replace the coil springs on several windows of mine, not sure how determine the weight or part no. to order. I've included the stamped number on one of the springs

Hey Rob. This looks like a 15-111. This Pivot Shoe uses either our Series 160 1/2" thick springs or our Series 165 3/8" thick springs. Measure the thickness of your old coil spring to see which is the better match. am afraid those numbers might not be reliable in picking out a correct spring weight. I recommend you obtain the exact weight of your window sash. Give us that weight and we will tell you what you need.
