The "86" number tells us your balance has a special clip that connects the spring and pulley mechanism which is what makes it a special order. Can you measure the bottom shoe as shown below and tell us what you get? Can you also confirm the numbers on the metal channel after the 86? You may need to refer to the balance on the other side of the window if it has an easier-to-read stamp.
