need help identifying channel balance and shoes

Hi I need help selecting a replacement channel balance. The length of the channel without the shoes is 27". The stamp reads 26 5 ES Caldwell, which does not match any of the available selections on your online order form. I'm pretty confident I need the 15-004 shoe (winged 1 3/32") but not sure how to identify the top shoe. It is also winged and is 11/16".
