Hello,

I need help identifying the correct replacement channel balance for my window.

Here is the information:

Stamp: 32B

Metal channel length: 33 inches

Window manufactured in 2013

I have attached photos of the original balance, the top guide, the bottom end, and the window label.

I also purchased two T-Lock Shoes (15-230), but after comparing them with my original parts, I believe they are not the correct parts.

Could you please identify the correct replacement channel balance and let me know which model I should order?

Also, I would like to return the two T-Lock Shoes that I purchased. Please let me know the return process.

We may be able to help, but I need clearer photos of your assembly. Do you have an undamaged version on hand? If so, it's best if we see that.

To start, I need you to flip the shoe over and shoe me a picture of its front, not its back end.

I also need you to show me a picture of whatever clip or hook was at the end of the cord. It appears to have broken off this balance, which is why you need to use an undamaged version.

Lastly, please show me a picture of the hole in the frame where that clip or hook installs.
