need help identifying part

Hello,
I’m trying to identify this zinc die-cast pivot bar from a vinyl tilt window sash. The piece mounts vertically at the bottom corner of the sash and connects into the pivot shoe cam inside the track.
The part measures 2 3/4 inches long with two screw holes spaced 1 inch apart (center-to-center). One end has a rectangular or square “nose” with a small shoulder, and the other side is a flat bar section that takes two screws.
I’ve attached several photos. Could you please help me identify the correct replacement or compatible substitute?
