need help identifying this part

Hi I have some United Windows 5900 series that the spring has broken on the sash balance and wanted to know if you have any kits for these windows. Or if you know where to get some. Thank you for your help and time.

Just some background on these Windows. I received them from a contractor friend who brought them from Lowes. These were purchased new but were returned to Lowes. He gave them to me, but they set outside for several months, and the spring rusted and then broke on the balance sash. So, I am looking for a kit that I can replace both balances. I would actually want two kits, because I have another United window that is a little smaller, but it was also sitting outside.

I'm afraid we don't sell balance kits but we may still be able to help. I believe I know what you have here but I would like to confirm before I recommend anything. Can you show us a photo of the pivot shoe that the balance fitting engages with? Can you also confirm how your balance installs? For example, with a screw or a clip? May I see a photo?
