I need help identifying these window balances so I may purchase them. I sent a zip file because there is a bunch of pictures I took.
To unzip file, right click on file, click "Extract All..." , then save to desired destination, then click "Extract". You will be able to see all of the jpg pictures. Thank you so much in advance and I look forward to hearing from yall!

Thanks for reaching out to us! I'm afraid we can't accept ZIP files, but these photos are very helpful. What you have here is called an extended travel balance. It isn't a part of our stock catalog, but we can still help via custom order. Can you confirm the length of the metal channel, along with the stamped printed on the back of it? How many balances are you looking to order?
Thank you for getting back to me! I'm afraid we can only supply replacements with 27-7/8" long metal channels. We can't promise they'll work for you if the length differs. It's also important to note that custom orders are nonrefundable.

A pair of 2740 balances can support a sash weighing 19 to 26 pounds. The balances will also have the same metal clip, top, and bottom fittings as shown in your photos.
