A quick learner from Cape Coral, Florida says:
I was able to open but not close my bathroom awning window. Its like the gear stripped. It is a right hand crank. The manufacturer is Alcan and it was installed in 1986. The inside of the handle is stamped -11500-11 Pat Pend
I can send more photos. I was limited to 5 in this submission. Thank you.

Thank you for posting. Could you show me a clear picture of the gear and link arms to help identify the part? In the meantime, take a look at our 39-054 and see how well the gear and link arms match your own.
A quick learner from Cape Coral, Florida says:
Attached are additional pictures. Your 39-054 looks very similar. Inside the gearing part is stamped Pat.No.198202 U.S.
R.H.RD.1963 Can. These woul be Alcans patent numbers for this unit. Any way to cross reference this? Thank you

I'm sorry, but I still cannot see the link arm clearly. It is still installed, and I cannot make out the hole it uses to attach to the window. I'm thinking it could be a 3/8" hole, but there's no way to be sure. I still think our 39-054 is a possibility, and you can also consider our 39-084 or 39-259. Take a look each of these see if you can use them to replace your operator.
