need help locating replacement

This is a kerf style weather strip but not a typical one as it slightly smaller and has smooth rubber pad. This is off a patio door at the threshold (bottom of door seals against it). Door looks similar to a Pella but is not and I cannot locate any mfg identification even on the glass. Piece needed is ~36" long and I have 2 doors with same issue.

Thanks for writing in. Start by looking at our 58-201. Look it over and see if this could be what you're looking for.
