need help pivot shoe and sash pivot bar parts

I know the pivot bar is 26-272 , measurements are 3.0 long x .500 end pc x .312 wide x .188 thick . with the holes I need on 1.0 x 1.0 centers a has a tee shaped end

The pivot shoe measurements are 2.0 long end to metal plate and 2.125 long tip to pc that sticks up over metal on the one side x .535 thick x 1.25 wide. the housing the pivot inserts into is .590 in diameter x slot size of .450 wide x .200 tall.

All the window info that have is:series 5300 legacy D Hung P.L # 389-025
