need help to identify part

Quick Learner from Harrisburg PA
while searching online, I came across you guys. I can go back for better photos. 8 out of 10 windows don't stay up. apparently the balance popped out of shoe. Q1 can you tell by the photo which shoe I would need? also the spiral is 29 X 5/8 (rough est w/o removing). Q2 is the flat end (bottom end) of balance spiral support to fit into the center or side of the M shape metal piece... see pic 4, I'm asking if A or B looks correct when seating the balance rod. SOMETHING ABOUT THESE WINDOWS IM FIXING SEEMS CHEAP, I THINK ITS THE SHOES.

Thanks for posting. It does look like the metal part at the top of the shoe is damaged. I think our 15-046 can work as a replacement, but it would depend on your measurements. I recommend removing yours from the window first to confirm the size matches up. The 15-046 is 1-1/4" wide by 1/2" thick.

If the spiral balance is what's broken, consider our S600-29. This is based on your measurements of the tube as 29" long by 5/8" diameter.
