need help with Balance and sashes

can you help us find 28 3 left and right and a 28 2 left and right for non tilt window

Plus 6 window top sash stops.

Thanks for posting! Let's start with the balance. It looks to match our S390-29, which comes with our 19-002 top and 15-001 (1-1/8" depth ) bottom, pre-assembled. You mention you need two different stamps, though. Can you confirm that each stamp is on a different window? It's very unusual to use two different spring weights on the same sash. You might want to weigh your sash to confirm that you're getting the correct one.

As for the top sash guide, look at our 18-009 and carefully compare our measurements to yours to confirm that it's a match.

On the S390-29 which option should I select? 2830?

I guess I pick 2820 for the smaller window and 2830 for the bigger one?

A stamp of 28 3 usually corresponds to our 2830, and a stamp of 28 2 usually corresponds to our 2820. However if you want to be 100% sure you can always weigh your sash on a scale and refer to the chart we have on the S390-29 store page.
