need help with Reliabilt screen door

Question

I believe this is off of a Reliabilt brand sliding screen door purchased at Lowes about 5 years ago.

Thanks for reaching out to us. We unfortunately don't sell this insert. The only component we may be able to offer is the wool pile, and that would depend on size.

If that interests you, please tell me the width of the pile's base (that slides into the black insert) and the height of the pile. Please make sure all dimensions are written in your response as precisely as you can manage; photos of a tape measure will not be sufficient.
