need help with part number to order

Channel Balance, Plain channel, Tilt window,
20" long channel, clip at the top of the channel that fits into a slot on the window guide channel.
Marking on the channel is 20E, BSI, TP.
I have replacement pivot shoes already

Hi there!

Thank you for reaching out to us. Your balance looks like a match for the S770-20. However, you'll notice that our hardware installs with a screw. Yours installs with an S-clip, so this must be a custom order. Can you tell me the number of balances you're looking to replace?

I only need 2 of the balances right now. Over time I will probably need more.
How would I order the custom version and how much would the custom version cost vs. the S770-20. Also, I may buy 2 of the S770-20 balances and dril my own hole to mount them. Do you see any issues with doing that?

Sounds good. I'll email you a purchase link and price quote for (2) S770-20 balances with the 20E stamp and a rivet in the top hole that you can use to place an order on our website. Please note that the 19-029 short S-clip is sold separately.

We don't recommend drilling a new hole in the jamb as that could damage the vinyl.
