need help with sash balances

If the original balance is missing, it will be very difficult to know for sure what you need. I can tell you that Jordan windows have been known to use our Series 390 in the past, but that's no guarantee. 

Do you have an identical window in the house that you can use as a reference? Even if it's not the same size, as long as it's the same make then you could at least confirm that the Series 390 is right.

Assuming that's the Series you want, then we'll need the height of the visible glass and exact weight of the sash for the problem window. That will allow us to determine the proper size and strength of the new hardware.

Thank you! In that case, I think you want to go with our S390-22 with a 2140 option, which carries 15 through 23 pounds. You can also use the 2150 option, which carries 23 through 27. It's up to you; both carry 23 pounds.

As for the top sash guide, I'm afraid that I wasn't able to find an exact match. We have a few that are similar, but none have that metal clip, which appears necessary for the guide to fulfill its function. I'm sorry that we cannot offer a good match for this part.
