need jalousi window operators

Question

These windows were purchased 20 years ago from a manufacturer in Puerto Rico who has since retired. The company was " Ventanas Tropical" and the ownner's last name Pasarell. We have been uable to locate the hardware locally. These operators are used in windows that are high up on the wall and are operated with a pole with hook.

I'm afraid that I cannot identify what you have from these photos. Would it be possible to see one of these locks out of the window so that we can see the whole mechanism? The actual locking portion of this lock is obscured while it's installed, and it is an important detail.
