I'm honestly not sure what might work for you. In some cases, you can install the 82-315 key lock housing on your existing handle. Take a look at the video (on the right side of the page) that shows how to install the lock onto an outside handle like the 82-044 or the 82-035. Take a look to see if your outside handle has the same hole punch outs as the 82-044 handle. Can it fit?

Another thought would be to use the 82-306 outside handle with a key lock already installed. Take a look at the parts and related videos, and let me know what sounds like a good idea.
