need lower casement window crank

Question

Hi...I need a casement window crank for the window in above photo...thought it was a 45275 but the hole patterns don't align...any ideas...I bought from you before for a left handed window and it worked great....this is a right handed window...thanks Tom

There are few different operators that populate when I search for the part number you've provided as well as a few that have the same base that yours does.

I am specifically looking to see the base of the operator as well as the arm(s) and how the operator connects to the bottom of the window.
