need metal part that has a number 7 on it

A landlord from South Carolina says:
I dont know the brand of window. Sorry. I bought house to be a rental. I dont live there. Can make arrangements to go back to look again if necessary, but I hope I dont have to.

I think both top and bottom of windows can move up and down. Only the bottom can tilt in.

The part that is broken is the metal piece that you see on the floor by itself. That piece fits into the metal slot on the side of the frame that you can see in the second picture.

When the window is hung, that metal piece is at the bottom left of the window. There is a pic where you see it bent. There is another pic of the matching piece on the right. That part is not bent. And that is how it is supposed to look.

I am hoping that replacing that broken part will be enough, but it's possible that the piece broke due to the slider on the left side malfunctioning in some way, but I cant be sure.

Thank you for any help you might be able to provide

Hi Cheryl. Start by looking at our 26-226. Carefully compare the hole spacing dimensions to see if they match your old pivot bar. Let me know what you think.
