need new channel balance for 34lb window sash. 21 inch long

Thanks for reaching out to us. The balance shown here looks like the S351-21 or S390-21. The best match will depend on the bottom shoe depth as shown below. We don't have a stamp that can support your window sash but please allow us to look into that for you.
In the meantime, can you tell us the depth of your bottom shoe?
My bottom shoe depth is 1 inch. That seems to be the S-351-21. Will that one support a 34lb window sash?
