I was told the window is a Kinco from the builder. House was build in 03 or 04. The window is 30" tall. It is also 35" wide and 23.5 lbs with a metal frame. Number on the part is 29 4 LV CMC 2. I'm sending you pictures of the channel balance, but I may have to send it to you because I'm having a hard time finding a match for the top part and I don't know how exact I need it to be.

Thanks for posting! I actually recognize the top attachment. I think our 19-005 can work for that. However, I'm not so sure what your bottom shoe is.
Please take a look at our 15-004 and 15-005 channel balance shoes, and note their depths. As you can see, they are 1-3/32" deep and 1" deep, respectively. Which one more closely matches your own bottom attachment?

Ours is 1" deep, so it is the 15-005.

Great. I think you're looking at our Series 380 channel balance. What do you think?
Now, your stamp is 29 4, so is it safe to say that your metal channel is 30" long? Double check just to make sure. If so, I recommend our S380-30 with a 2940 option.
