I have no idea of the mfr of these window screens. Not sure of age, other than older than 16 years. Possibly 50 years? At any rate, the corners appear somewhat similar to the corners you have available. The seem to measure 15/16 x 5/16. Ive needed to replace corners for over a year. (I actually glued the corners back together on one frame, but I can't do that on this one as I'm missing broken parts). I didn't actually think I'd be able to find corners, but finding some similar corners has given me hope. Can you tell me what I need and do you have them?

As a follow up, I now believe the measurements to be 5/16 x 1" instead of 5/16 x 15/16.

Hello! thanks for reaching out to us. I hate to be the bearer of bad news, but your corner is no longer made. This was made by a company called Bayform, who operated out of Canada many years ago. When they went out of business they pretty much took everything with them. No company that I know of picked up production of their parts.
I've personally tried about a hundred and one different corners to replace this, but I've never had any luck. I know this isn't what you wanted to hear, but I think you should consider new screens. There may be a chance you can find something that sort of/kind of works, but it won't ever be a good fit and I don't think it'd be worth the trouble of trying to force it.
I am sorry for the inconvenience. These just aren't made anymore.
