need new crank handles

A home owner from Deptford, NJ says:
it has a G-U symbol with two diagonal arrow heads next to the G-U. The first arrowhead is larger then the second one. There is also a clock of some sort that has an arrow pointing towards the nine.

It looks like the worm gear that the handle attaches to is broken, which means that the entire assembly would need to be replaced. Unfortunately, your GU operator was discontinued but take a look at the video below that shows the parts we recommend to replace them. Thanks for posting.
