Need new lock

hi I am moving and need to replace this lock on my sliding glass door leading out to my patio.

can you help PLEASE?

Hello Trina. Depending on the screw hole distance, you may need our 82-003 (3-15/16"), or 82-055 (3-1/2") handle sets. I'm afraid they no longer include the plastic night latch.
