Hello,We have 6 double double-hung windows of which 3 have problems with the spring that holds the window from slamming down. The last picture shows the spiral that usually is held in place by a set screw in that small slider in the side track of the jamb. The plastic where the screw was screwed into is gone and the spiral metal rod cannot be held in place. We cannot see any markings on the glass. The white sticker shows the windows were purchased via American Building Supply Inc. in June 2005.
We are looking to replace the slider that hold the bottom of the window in the track. If you need any other info, please let us know.

Hello,
It sounds like you need new pivot shoes. We should be able to help, but we would need to see your show uninstalled and have you write out the exact width and thickness to narrow down your options.
If you need the balances as well, see the S900 or S600, depending on whether the housing tube measures 3/8" or 5/8" in diameter. Thank you!

Thank you for responding. The balances measure 5/8" and are 23" long. They have a red tip.The pivot shoes are 1 1/4" wide , 2" long and just under 9/16" thick.
At that location we have 24 windows installed, each with two double-hung parts. If possible we would like to purchase 10 ( ten) balances and 10 ( ten) pivot shoes. Please let us know if you need more measurements.Sincerely,Joerg Henkel
