IWC hook mechanism

Just says IWC on it. The hooking mechanism isn't working. Can it be replaced?

Yes, you should be able to replace it by itself. Please see our 82-218 mortise lock, I believe this can work for you. Looks like yours is in some kind of cartridge, you should be able to remove it to swap it out.
