Would like to order parts for the lock(need part number) and also tracks for this heavy metal door with triple pain glass.

Start by comparing your dimensions to our 82-035 handle set with 3-15/16" hole center spacing to see if this matches up to your original assembly. We only sell one type of sliding glass door track, our 80-106. Look this over to see if this matches what you need.
